Ingredients

  • 1 oz Hanson Organic Habanero Vodka
  • 1 oz Hanson Organic Meyer Lemon Vodka
  • 1 oz Tamarind Puree
  • 3/4 oz Organic Agave
  • Tajin and Brown Sugar (for rimming the glass)
  • Tamarind Candy and Lime Wheel (for garnish)

  1. To make the Tamarind Puree, combine 8 oz of wet tamarind pulp and 2 cups of hot water. Let it stand for 1 hour, then break the tamarind into small pieces while it is still in the water. Let it soak for an additional 3 hours. Press the tamarind mixture through a sieve, reserving the liquid and discarding the seeds and fibers.
  2. Rim the glass with a mixture of Tajin and brown sugar.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin filled with ice.
  4. Shake the mixture.
  5. Strain the mixture over fresh ice in a glass.
  6. Garnish with a lime wheel and tamarind candy.
