The Inked cocktail is delicious and visually stunning, changing color thanks to blue butterfly pea flowers infused with Hanson’s Organic Cucumber Vodka. Lime juice, agave nectar, and tonic water transform the blue hue to vibrant purple.

Cucumber vodka creates a crisp base, with tart lime and sweet agave balancing the flavors. Tonic water adds slight bitterness, contrasting beautifully. The Inked cocktail is a tasty, color-changing treat, perfect for impressing guests or enjoying a unique drink at home.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Hanson's Organic Blue Cucumber Vodka
  • 1.5 oz Organic Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Organic Agave Nectar
  • 3.5 oz Organic Tonic
  • Lime Wheel (for garnish)

  1. To make the Blue Cucumber Vodka, mix 1 bottle of Hanson Organic Cucumber Vodka and 1 cup of dried organic butterfly pea flowers. Infuse for 24 hours or until desired blue color, then strain.
  2. Combine 1.5 oz of Blue Cucumber Vodka and 0.5 oz of agave in a shaker and shake lightly with ice.
  3. Strain the mixture over ice in a Collins glass.
  4. In the same shaker, combine 1.5 oz of lime juice and 3.5 oz of tonic (don't shake).
  5. Pour the lime and tonic mixture immediately into the same glass as the Blue Cucumber Vodka.
  6. Garnish with a lime wheel.
