Ingredients

  • 2 oz Hanson Original Vodka
  • 3/4 oz Organic Matcha Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Organic Yuzu Juice
  • 1/2 oz Organic Agave Syrup
  • Organic elderflower tonic
  • Organic lemon wheel (for garnish)

  1. To make the Organic Matcha Syrup, combine 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons of Matcha. Stir to combine, then add 1/2 cup water over heat until dissolved and cool.
  2. Add all ingredients (except the elderflower tonic and lemon wheel) to a shaker and fill with ice.
  3. Shake the mixture.
  4. Strain into a collins glass.
  5. Top with organic elderflower tonic.
  6. Garnish with an organic lemon wheel.
