The Bumblebee is a delightful twist on the classic Bees Knees cocktail. Mix Hanson Organic Meyer Lemon Vodka, honey syrup, and lemon juice with muddled rosemary in a shaking tin. Serve in a Collins glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Hanson Organic Meyer Lemon Vodka
  • 1.5 oz Organic Fresh Squeezed Meyer Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Honey Syrup
  • 1-2 Springs of Rosemary
  • Club Soda (to top it off)
  • Rosemary Sprig (for garnish)

  1. Add honey syrup and a few sprigs of rosemary to a shaking tin and muddle it.
  2. Add the Meyer Lemon Vodka, fresh squeezed Meyer Lemon Juice, and ice to the shaking tin.
  3. Shake the mixture.
  4. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass.
  5. Top it off with club soda.
  6. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
