Ingredients

1.5 oz organic strawberry puree
1.5 oz organic fresh squeezed lemon juice
0.5 oz organic agave syrup

Method
Shake and strain over ice in Collins glass. Top off with ginger beer and garnish with a strawberry slice

For Strawberry Puree: Blend 1 pound of strawberries with and 2 teaspoons lemon juice in a blender or food processor until smooth.
