Ingredients
1.5 oz Hanson Organic Meyer Lemon Vodka
1.5 oz Organic Fresh Squeezed Meyer Lemon Juice
1 oz Honey Syrup
1-2 Springs of Rosemary
Club Soda (to top it off)
Rosemary Sprig (for garnish)

Method
1. Add honey syrup and a few sprigs of rosemary to a shaking tin and muddle it.
2. Add the Meyer Lemon Vodka, fresh squeezed Meyer Lemon Juice, and ice to the shaking tin.
3. Shake the mixture.
4. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass.
5. Top it off with club soda.
6. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
