This is where it all began – the vodka that let us quit our day jobs and chase the dream of building an artisanal spirits business from the ground up.
HOW IT’S MADE
We start by harvesting the best organic grapes we can get our hands on, and then we actually make a pretty great Sonoma wine out of them. That Sonoma wine is then distilled in our unique combination pot and 50-plate column still for that extra pure, extra smooth, extra delicious taste.
HOW IT TASTES
They say the best vodkas are tasteless; we say the best vodkas taste good enough to enjoy straight up, like ours. It’s complex and balanced on the nose and palate with a silky smooth mouth feel that gives way to a lasting, satisfying finish that will leave you wanting more.

Organic Cucumber
It’s cucumber water’s cool older brother, and it’s about to be your new favorite infused vodka.
HOW IT’S MADE
We hand-peel, hand-seed, and hand-chop hundreds of organic cucumbers and macerate them in our Organic Original Vodka – so you can get the freshest cucumber taste without any of the fake ingredients.

Simple is better. We prefer a splash of soda water and some cucumber garnishes, or you can get classy and go for our version of a Gimlet.

Organic Meyer Lemon
When we found a local family farm growing Meyer Lemons we just couldn’t resist.
HOW IT’S MADE
Fresh organic Meyer Lemons are peeled by hand, and those peels are then given a long maceration in our Organic Original Vodka to infuse that sweet tart lemon flavor.
HOW IT TASTES
Bright and sweet with a zing. You’ve got spicy bergamot on the nose, herbs on the palate, and a kick of spice on the finish.

Organic Mandarin
Because we’re fans of the unconventional, we didn’t just go with any old citrus infusion – we chose the king citrus, the juiciest, tastiest of them all: Mandarin.
HOW IT’S MADE
Three types of organic mandarins are peeled by hand (that’s a wrist workout, trust us), and those peels are then given a long maceration in our Organic Original Vodka to infuse maximum true flavor.

Organic Habanero
Some like it hot – and so do we. We like to keep things interesting, so in 2016 we decided to dump a whole bunch of chilies into our vodka and see how things turned out. Spoiler alert: it went well.
HOW IT’S MADE
Seven varieties of organic peppers including habaneros are sourced as locally as possible, then hand-chopped and given a long soak in our Organic Original Vodka. No chili powder or syrups here.

Organic Boysenberry

Our limited edition flavor plays hard to get – we only make it once a year, when the Boysenberries are ripe for that short few weeks in the end of the summer, which makes it taste even better.
HOW IT’S MADE
Organic Boysenberries are harvested from Swanton Berry Farms and macerated in our organic original. This is the real deal: 100% pure berry flavor, no syrups or flavorings or colorings or added sugar.

Like pure summer in a bottle. Fresh, tart, floral, and ready to sweep you off your feet before fall.
