We chose mandarin for its generous perfume and vivid, juicy character. It brings a warm California brightness to our grape-based vodka.

Three varieties of organic mandarins are peeled by hand, then the peels are given a long maceration in our Organic Original Vodka to capture their true citrus flavor.
